Fits modern production Browning 1885 High Wall rifles with factory drilled octagon barrels. (Same hole spacing as Winchester 1885, but different barrel profile)

    There are only a few choices for this firearm in a one piece mount.. I chose Murphy because I have purchased these mounts before and know there are none better. This mount suits my needs just fine and the picatinny style rings I chose fit this mount with very little front to back play. This set-up should withstand the hardest recoil without issue.
